No. We don't run sponsored rankings, "featured neobank" packages or paid affiliate scores. We've turned down €184,000 of placement offers in 2025 alone. If you're reaching out about a paid slot, please save us both the email.
How fast do you reply to reader emails?
Within one business day for general feedback, usually under four hours for confirmed factual corrections. Press inquiries can take two business days while we route them to the right desk.
Can your editors review my fintech product?
Possibly — but only on our terms. Send a short pitch to tips@rofidelis.live with product, market and a public demo link. We pick coverage based on reader interest, not on who pitches the loudest.
I spotted a factual error in an article. What now?
Email the URL and the specific line to tips@rofidelis.live. Corrections are logged at the bottom of the article with a timestamp within 24 hours of verification.
Can I republish your reviews on my own site?
