1. Who these terms are between

This site is operated by Fidelis Crypto Media SRL, a Romanian company registered at Calea Victoriei 155, Bucharest 010073, Romania, registration number 47829163, VAT number RO38291045 ("Fidelis Crypto", "we"). By using this site or subscribing to our newsletter you ("you") accept the terms below. If you don't, please don't use the site.

2. What we publish

Fidelis Crypto is an editorial publication. We publish reviews, news, comparisons and explainers about fintech, neobanks, payment apps and digital banking. We are not a bank, broker, regulated investment adviser or payment institution. Nothing on this site is personal financial advice. Always verify product information with the provider before opening an account.

3. Editorial independence

We do not accept paid placements, sponsored rankings or affiliate-influenced scores. Editors fund the products they test from a pooled internal budget. If any specific article includes a relationship we believe is worth disclosing, we add a visible disclosure at the top of that article.

4. Your account and newsletter

Subscribing to the newsletter is free and does not require an account. We use the email address you provide solely to deliver the newsletter and related editorial communication. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

5. Use of our content

All editorial content on Fidelis Crypto — text, photographs, graphics, layout and code — is owned by Fidelis Crypto Media SRL or licensed to us. You may:

• Read, save and print articles for personal, non-commercial use.
• Quote up to 150 words from any article with a visible link back to the original source.
• Share article URLs and screenshots on social media for non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Republish full articles on another site without prior written permission.
• Scrape the site systematically or train commercial AI models on our content without a license.

6. Acceptable use

To the maximum extent permitted by EU law, Fidelis Crypto's total liability to you in connection with this site is limited to either €100 or the total amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced on the homepage at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the site after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law and EU consumer law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, subject to your mandatory consumer rights in your own EU country of residence.
